2. Account Registration and Vendor Approval

  • To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
  • Vendors: When registering as a vendor, you must submit your information and may be subject to approval by the Site admin. Your access to the vendor dashboard and class listings will be granted upon approval.
  • Customers: To make a booking or purchase a class, customers will need to create an account by providing necessary personal information.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information about their classes, including class descriptions, prices, locations, teacher details, and availability.
  • Vendors must ensure that their services comply with local laws and regulations in Malaysia, including but not limited to tax laws and business registration requirements.
  • Vendors must be responsible for handling bookings, cancellations, and refunds (in cases of special approval) for their classes.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

  • All payments made by customers for classes or services on the Site are final and non-refundable unless approved by Creative Kita management.
  • Non-Refundable Payments: Creative Kita does not offer refunds for any payments made for bookings or class reservations unless exceptional circumstances apply and are reviewed and approved by Creative Kita. Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
    • A class was cancelled by the vendor or Creative Kita.
    • The customer was charged incorrectly or the transaction was processed in error.
    • Other cases deemed exceptional and approved by the Creative Kita team.
  • Approval Process for Refunds: In case you are seeking a refund, you must submit a formal request via email to support@creativekita.com, explaining the reason for the refund request. Refund requests are subject to approval, and Creative Kita reserves the right to deny any refund requests.
  • Payment Processing: Payments for classes are processed through secure payment gateways, and by providing your payment information, you agree to abide by the payment provider’s terms and conditions.

5. Use of the Site

  • You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited activity, including but not limited to:
