3. Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information about their classes, including class descriptions, prices, locations, teacher details, and availability.

4. Payment and Refund Policy
- All payments made by customers for classes or services on the Site are final and non-refundable unless approved by Creative Kita management.
- Non-Refundable Payments: Creative Kita does not offer refunds for any payments made for bookings or class reservations unless exceptional circumstances apply and are reviewed and approved by Creative Kita. Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- A class was cancelled by the vendor or Creative Kita.
- The customer was charged incorrectly or the transaction was processed in error.
- Other cases deemed exceptional and approved by the Creative Kita team.
- Approval Process for Refunds: In case you are seeking a refund, you must submit a formal request via email to support@creativekita.com, explaining the reason for the refund request. Refund requests are subject to approval, and Creative Kita reserves the right to deny any refund requests.
